Then we went to Roussillon for lunch and shopping.
Galettes for lunch then a wander around the shops and village.
Then before the birthday dinner the girls opened some cards and presents and we took team photos.
We went down the village to Le Fournil, the restaurant where we had our wedding dinner in 2005. Our waiter that night, Khalid, still works there, remembers us, and, once again, was a highlight of the evening. Tonight he took a liking to Malcolm and was fascinated by the difference in size between himself and Lloyd.
As always the food was sensational.
Khalid brought the girls' desserts out with birthday candles on them, before sizing up with Lloyd.
